RIP “Q” From Worldstar

The next time you hear someone yell “WORLDSTAR” during a fight or a crazy event, remember the creator, Q. Lee “Q” O’Denat died yesterday at a San Diego massage parlor due to complications with obesity and heart disease.

Q was a great business man who created the website WorldStarHipHop (WSHH) in 2005 to bring hip-hop culture to the masses through media. WorldStar prides itself on being real. Q once said “We show the good, the bad, and the ugly.”

The hip hop community mourns the loss of an unsung hero. Many hip hop artists and models got their start on WSHH videos. Artists like 2 Chainz, T.I, DJ Khaled, Fabolous and many more took to their social media to pay respect to this great man of hip hop.

Rest in peace Q from Worldstar, we’ll continue to get our daily dose of hip hop in your honor.
